Who Are You?

• The ideal Head of Operations needs a balanced mix of soft and hard skills. If you are a true problem solver with managerial skills and a profound appeal for technology and finance, this is the perfect job for you
• The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and requires thorough knowledge of various company processes and different skills. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities
• She/He must be exceptional at planning, designing, and executing processes for our day-to-day operation
• She/He must be very organized and a quick learner (this industry changes very fast)

What The Role Entails

• Ensure that the company runs following established regulations. Talk to our lawyers and regulators to understand the safest way to operate while building the best product
• Revise and/or formulate processes and see their implementation
• Review financial information, communicate to the management team and adjust operational budgets to guarantee we will have enough information to survive the bear market / Crypto winter
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Oversee liquidity provisioning processes and manage our relationship with liquidity providers and other vendors and ensure we can operate smoothly
• Design and implement processes to assure that we comply with our AML policy
• Manage the relationship with our outsourced Back Office Provider (payroll, accounting, payments, etc.)

What We Look For

• Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position (2+ years)
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles such as finance, customer service, accounting, etc.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• An avid reader who enjoys learning about new technologies, economy, finance and culture
• BSc/BA in business administration, industrial engineering or relevant field
• MBA is a plus
• Ideally basic knowledge of the financial industry’s legal rules and guidelines (since web3 has a higher degree of complexity and is changing every day, you will learn most of this in your first months)
