What The Role Entails

• Collaboratively design, build and maintain a distributed systems cloud architecture and infrastructure entirely written as code, where Security, Compliance, Reliability and Observability are of the essence
• Design and implement CI/CD procedures and pipelines, centered around unit and end-to-end testing, that also allow for easy rollbacks to recover from bugs or incidents
• Identify automation opportunities and design solutions that can be implemented together with other engineers
• Continuously work on and optimize a deployment pipeline where human intervention is not needed, or reduced as much as possible
• Build infrastructure and identify tools that offer an amazing developer experience

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• 3+ years of experience as one of the following: DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Solutions Architect, or equivalent
• Experience writing infrastructure as code, with either of the following tools: Terraform, Vagrant, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, Chef, Pupper and the like
• Experience working with cloud providers, especially AWS
• Experience working in services or platforms with high availability uptime SLAs (99.9%+)
• Experience developing, maintaining and debugging a distributed systems infrastructure
• Experience with scaling and migrating cloud components and entire sets of services, reducing or preventing downtime
• Experience with containerization or similar paradigms
• Ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English (at least B2 proficiency level)
• Plus: Experience working in a highly regulated market (i.e. financial markets)
• Plus: Previous experience in crypto
• Plus: You already own NFTs and / or are an NFT Degen!
